The Derg Room Restaurant offers a scrumptious array of foods from near and far allowing for elegant dining at affordable prices, whilst taking in the breathtaking views of the River Shannon. Shortlisted two years running for 3 star hotel of the year, the Lakeside Hotel is set in a stunning location, with its award winning gardens proudly overlooking the twin heritage towns of Ballina and Killaloe. The Derg Room Restaurant has panoramic views of Lough Derg and serves dinner each evening from 6pm until 9pm. Sunday lunch is served from 12.30pm until 3pm, with prices starting from €18.50. The restaurant’s menus provide a wide variety of freshly caught seafood and locally sourced beef and fowl prepared by the head chef, John Murphy. All desserts and breads are homemade. They also have a healthy childrens menu, as well as buffet, group lunch and BBQ menus for groups.
