Portumna Arts Festival

Where: Portumna. When: 14^th–17^th September

Shows, bands, theatre, literature, film and full on entertainment – the Shoreline Arts Festival is packing it in! It’s typical of Lough Derg that one little town around the lake can bring together so much talent and creativity.

Over the three day festival, you can fill your boots with lovely little shorts like the award winning An Irish Goodbye, Bog Bodies Festival in a Van, some great art exhibitions and workshops focusing on crafts, poetry and circus skills. Top it all off with some Mindful Dancing and skilful storytelling, and you’ve got some of the best creativity Lough Derg has to offer.
