Brookfield Farm carefully produces artisan food such as wild flower honey, farm made beeswax candles and tender lambs on the shores of beautiful Lough Derg. Organic farmer Ailbhe Gerrard is driven by a vision of bringing agriculture back to its sustainable roots and producing good food.

The Brookfield Farm walk and talk on biodiversity and bee-keeping is a popular event. It includes local honey tasting and the many acres of wild flowers sown on the farm’s beautiful Lough Derg lakeshore make for a wonderful show.
