DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, 5th September 2026 for the inaugural Kayaking for CARI\, a 20km paddle from Garrykennedy Harbour to Ballina/Killaloe across beautiful Lough Derg. \nKayaking for CARI is a fun\, supported group paddle rather than a race\, with planned rest stops and safety support along the route. Whether you’re taking part on your own\, with friends\, colleagues or as part of a club\, we’d love to have you involved. \nDon’t have a kayak? You can still register. We have secured access to a number of kayaks\, paddles and buoyancy aids for participants who need equipment. Register for the event and then contact Raymond at raymond.traynor@cari.ieto discuss availability. \nBy taking part and fundraising\, you’ll be helping CARI provide specialist support to children\, young people and families affected by child sexual abuse.
