DESCRIPTION:Following his first talk\, Becoming Conscious\, Brendan Harding returns with Going Deeper\, an exploration of Jungian psychology\, personal growth\, and the journey towards greater self-awareness. \n\nIn this talk\, Brendan will look at key Jungian ideas such as the soul\, anima and animus\, the personal shadow\, and the group shadow. He will explore how these concepts can help us better understand ourselves\, our relationships\, and the world around us. The evening will also consider how Jungian psychology relates to modern approaches to mental health and psychiatry. \nWhile Going Deeper builds on themes from Brendan’s first talk\, it can also be enjoyed as a standalone event. \nDrawing on many years of experience as a doctor\, psychotherapist\, and Jungian analyst\, Brendan offers a thoughtful and compassionate perspective on mental health\, consciousness\, and personal transformation.
