What is Splatball?
Basically it is Paintball Light, that is Paintball without the pain and bruises. Paintball for Kids, Stag Parties & Hen Parties.
Splatball starts from 10 years old and up at Pallas Splatball and you need a minimum group size of 8.
Splatball is a lower velocity version of paintball. Using lower powered guns and smaller Paintballs. Which makes it a great choice for families, hen parties and younger groups – ideal for your kid’s birthday party. We provide all our clients with a choice of a top of the range shotgun plus all the ammo you need. Safety masks, commando overalls, chest guards and gloves are also provided.
The game is played on our special Splatball course which still offers the same intense thrill of battle and test of skill and also links into our Village Paintball game zone when needed.
So if you fancy yourself as a Bonny or Billy the Kid this game is certainly for you. For the best experience we recommend bookings of groups of ten upwards and the minimum age is 10 years old and up.

When you arrive at Pallas Splatball, your trained marshal will explain how to use all the equipment and get you ready for your game. You will be issued a safety mask and clothing protection. Please remember, Splatball is an outdoor activity and hence you should wear clothes that you are happy to get wet and muddy. Sturdy footwear is advised or old runners.
Once you have received your equipment and asked any questions, you will be brought to Pallas Splatball game zones. Here you will play a myriad of games including defending the fort, capture the flag and Battlezone.
Games last between 10 and 15 mins per side, with a break in-between to allow you to return to the base camp to tell stories, discuss tactics and get ready for the next game.
The exact games you will play can vary based on operational circumstance but you are guaranteed up to 2 hours of pure fun in the great outdoors in some of the best game zones in Ireland.
