Portumna Forest Park – Bonaveen Cycling Trail

Explore the longest loop in the park, winding through diverse trees and open lakeshore on the western side. This trail features narrow, twisty single tracks and includes the stunning Bonaveen Point by the lake.

The lakeshore section offers some of the park’s most breathtaking scenery with expansive views over Lough Derg. Be prepared for exposure to bad weather at times on this beautiful and rewarding trail.
