Suicide affects far more people than we often realise.
Many people are struggling quietly.
When communities come together to share a walk, it can make a real difference.
Last year, people across Ireland and beyond shared a walk for Pieta’s Darkness Into Light – standing with those in distress, supporting families and communities, and helping keep Pieta’s suicide prevention services free and available when they’re needed most.
Every conversation answered.
Every therapy session provided.
