Your journey begins at Ballycuggaran, once the homeland of the O’Cuggarans — an influential family at the court of the legendary High King Brian Ború. From there, follow the peaceful trails of the East Clare Way, surrounded by rolling hills, shimmering lake views and the tranquil charm of the Irish countryside.

Arriving at St. Cronan’s Church, step through the 1,000-year-old doorway that Brian Ború himself once passed through and enjoy the captivating audio-visual presentation that brings his story and the heritage of Tuamgraney to life.

Afterwards, relax and savour some local handcrafted chocolate treats from Wilde Irish Chocolates before a shuttle bus returns you to the starting point.
