Kayaking for CARI

Join us on Saturday, 5th September 2026 for the inaugural Kayaking for CARI, a 20km paddle from Garrykennedy Harbour to Ballina/Killaloe across beautiful Lough Derg.

Kayaking for CARI is a fun, supported group paddle rather than a race, with planned rest stops and safety support along the route. Whether you’re taking part on your own, with friends, colleagues or as part of a club, we’d love to have you involved.

Don’t have a kayak? You can still register. We have secured access to a number of kayaks, paddles and buoyancy aids for participants who need equipment. Register for the event and then contact Raymond at raymond.traynor@cari.ieto discuss availability.

By taking part and fundraising, you’ll be helping CARI provide specialist support to children, young people and families affected by child sexual abuse.
